1.1 Unopened and Unused Products: We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.

1.2 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving the order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue and arranging a return or exchange.

  • Products purchased more than 15 days ago

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Reason for return
  • Product name and quantity

3.2 Return Authorisation: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorisation (RA) number if your return is eligible. Please do not return any products without obtaining an RA number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the package.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4.1 Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund within 2 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4.2 Partial Refunds: If the returned product is not in its original condition or is missing any accessories, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
